Varitek- Red Sox apparently offered a 1 yr deal today, I think he'll get more than that so this could be a sign he is going to sign elsewhere.
Mussina- Decided to retire, I'm kind of surprised cause he's a bit short of the HOF in my mind so a couple of seasons would have done him wonders.
Tex- No real new news here, still the Halos, Sox, Nats, O's in the bidding, this won't be done til Christmas
Tazawa- Rumored to have picked the Red Sox no matter what money is, should sign in early December
Dempster- signed with the Cubs for 4 yrs 13mil per, I'm shocked that they paid for him but for only 1 good year this is a lot of money
